Yes. Monthly and Annual members can freeze for up to 30 days a year at no charge. Give us 7 days' notice at reception or email reservations@level24.life and we pause the clock — your dates simply shift.
Annual includes 4 guest passes a year. Monthly members can bring a friend anytime at the day-pass rate — just sign them in at 24th-floor reception. Every guest's first class is free.
Monthly includes 1 free PT session every month, and Annual adds quarterly body-composition reviews with a coach on top. Extra one-on-one sessions book directly with any of our trainers at member rates.
M-Pesa is the local favourite — pay to our till at reception or by paybill. We also take Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer for Annual plans. Call +254 794 813990 if you'd like the till number sent to you.
Monthly cancels anytime with 30 days' notice — no penalties, no forms in triplicate. Annual runs 12 months but is transferable to another person, and we refund unused months on documented medical or relocation grounds.
