Terms of Use

By using level24.life or booking, joining or training at Level 24 (24th floor, Le’Mac, Church Road, Westlands, Nairobi) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the club. Membership plan details and any plan-specific conditions are given to you on request, and the plan you sign up to governs where it differs from these general terms.

The site is for personal, lawful use. Do not misuse it: no attempts to break or probe it, scrape it at scale, submit false or other people’s details, or overload the booking system. Information on the site (class times, hours, facilities) is given in good faith and may change; the live timetable and our confirmation by WhatsApp, phone or email are the source of truth.

Class and tour bookings are subject to capacity, and we run a waitlist when a session is full. If you cannot attend, cancel as early as you can, using your booking code or by contacting us, so someone on the waitlist can take your place. We may reschedule or cancel a class (for example for coach availability, maintenance or safety), and will tell you using the contact details you gave us.

Membership is personal; it can only be transferred where your plan allows it (see the membership FAQ). Plan types, how freezing works, payment methods and any fees are as agreed when you join, and are confirmed to you by us on request.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You confirm you are fit to take part, or have taken medical advice, and you must tell a coach about any injury or condition that could affect your safety. Follow staff instructions, use equipment as shown, and follow staff direction in every area, including the rooftop pool.

Treat other members and staff with respect, and follow staff instructions and club rules.

Keep valuables with you or locked away. Subject to anything the law does not allow us to exclude, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your breach of these terms or club rules.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
